Through my company Epinova Oy for 20 years, I have been developing and implementing the most effective pedagogical and leadership solutions both in private and in public sector pedagogical institutes. I have done performance analysis, leadership coaching and strategic planning for private companies, public organisations in many areas of businesses.

I have more than 20 years of experience in Higher Education from all levels of organisations; from Teaching to Creating University Strategies for the Future. I have been 10 years as member of Board of Directors in Savonia University of Applied Sciences.

I have Teached, Coached and Mentored more than 10 000 people and hundreds of companies in my career.

I am Author and co-author of many books used today in most Finnish Engineering Universities of Applied Sciences.

I have worked around the World as invited Lecturer of Excellence and planned and directed international co-operative workshops, learning sessions, coaching sessions and courses in Universities at e.g. Australia, Switzerland, China, France, Russia, Holland and Slovenia.

I am Founding member of Kuopio Steelers American Football team, where I held several positions for more than 20 years e.g a team captain for 15 years, Head coach and also as a  General Manager of The Kuopio Steelers.
